Charles Albert Powell IV, 18, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born August 11, 1998 in Jacksonville, FL to Charles Albert Powell III and Thelma Jean Bellamy-Powell .Charles enjoyed school. He loved hearing the Nascar races on Sundays and listening to music. One of his favorite places was the beach. He loved the smells and sounds of the ocean waves; the most favorite of all was laying with his mom right beside him. . He was preceded in death by his Grandfather Bellamy, Grandmother MacInnes, Grandfather Powell, and his Father Charles A. Powell III . He is survived by. his mother, Thelma, his Aunt Melanie, his Aunt Karen, His Uncle Bill, his special cousins Amanda Owens(Vincent) cousin Xander (Joseph ), Mandi and Morant Grandpa Duncan as well as Great Grammie Kathleen Powell.... A Celebration of his life will be on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 11:30AM under the gazebo in Arlington Park Cemetery.
